Booking deposit

A £25.00 per person deposit will be charged to reserve the room at the time of booking.
We will send a booking confirmation to the guest by email, fax or post.

Payment

Payment has to be settled in GBP. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

Cancellation

In the circumstance of cancellation, we require 48 hours notice to refund deposit in full.

Arrival and Departure

Check in: 14:30 pm onwards
Check out: no later than 11:00am
Reception hours: 7:30am-23.30pm

The front door is locked after 23.30pm. Guest have their own key to the hotel should they arrive back later than this If you wish to arrive earlier, reception is happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. Also on departure reception will store luggage if you are not leaving until the afternoon/evening.
