2 .For a child under 12 requiring an extra bed in the room add fifteen pounds per night.
3.For a third person and children over 12 on Bed & Breakfast, add £25.00 per night (Nov to March) and £30 per night (Apr to Oct).

Dogs are very welcome to stay with us. The fee is 10 pounds per dog. Please bring their beds and any other toys they like to have.
Christmas / New Year
1.* Rate does not apply to Dec 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st 2012, and Jan 1st and 2nd 2013
2.We are closed 24th, 25th and 26th December 2012. (We may be open on 24th for lunch and coffee, please call for more information).
