We offer a wide range of rooms from our Master Suite to our Comfy Rooms. Room facilities include en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi, flat-screen TV, hospitality tray with tea and coffee facilities, shortbread, bottled water, iron and ironing board and hairdryers. Adults only and dogs welcome in select rooms .

Seven of our bedrooms overlook the River Tay. Our rooms are located on both the first and the second floors. Please be advised that there is no lift in this old building but our team is happy to help with luggage.
Our Comfy double are small and cosy rooms with nice large, original windows that face onto the main street or the back of the property. All the rooms are non-smoking.
If you are booking for a special occasion, we can arrange a bottle of wine or champagne in the room on arrival. Please give reception 48 hours to arrange special requests. Should you wish to redeem a gift voucher towards your stay, please contact reception prior to booking.
Please note, early check-in and late check-out requests must be discussed in advance with our reception team. We will do our best to honour these requests and a £30 fee is applicable. Early check-in is from 1pm and late check-out is 1pm.
Our rooms can be assigned for 2 people. Please contact reception before you book your room if you have a special request (twin or double bed, floor preference, walk-in shower or bathtub, non-feather bedding, dog-friendly rooms etc.), so we can check availability for the proper room type to avoid disappointment. You must contact reception to ensure that dog friendly rooms are available prior to completing your booking.
The Atholl Arms Hotel is a listed building, we are therefore limited with certain types of renovations. Listed buildings must maintain their original structural designs to preserve their history. Due to this, all of our rooms are located on the first and second floors. These floors are only accessible by stairs. Rooms are unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users. We are sorry if means you are unable to stay with us.

You can book a table on this website now in advance. If you book a DBB package, you can use your meal allowance in any of our venues (RiverView Restaurant, Z's Bar&Bistro, Beer Garden), subject to availability. Please note that the RiverView Restaurant is not dog-friendly. Please indicate any special dietary requests or allergies in the notes. Any damaged caused to our rooms by guests or their dogs is chargeable. Please note, no cats or other animals are allowed.
Promotions cannot be combined with each other and gift vouchers cannot be redeemed with promotions.
